Celsius provides complex ducting to the HVAC industry in Victoria and Tasmania. Celsius manufactures from premises in Dandenong, producing premium duct work primarily for commercial customers undertaking very large through to small projects and urgent works.Matthew led the company acquisition including fund-raising, negotiations and strategy. His findings were developed into an implementation plan, which Matthew oversaw, including ERP selection and rollout. In this project, he introduced a retail technology strategy, improved business processes including logistics and finance and planned changes from point-of-sale to operational hosting.Coinvest (Funds Management) - 2016Matthew led an operational effectiveness project, improving the fund manager's claim process.
