A self-motivated and hardworking Maintenance Manager who can be relied on under pressure and stressful scenarios. Having been a member of the Royal Navy for 6 and a half years I believe that it has moulded me into a professional, focused and mature individual who prioritises in safety, efficiency and the well-being of the vital equipment I maintain. It has also taught me to be adaptable, level headed and calm when dealing with situations that pose a lot of pressure due to the demands of a Naval Warship and Commercial environment. Having undergone leadership courses and assigned command of Weapons Systems Engineering sections it has resulted in my confidence and skill as a leader to flourish.
