Experienced and team focused restaurant manager looking for a position in which I can gain additional experience in the industry, as well as provide my own knowledge in order to help a company maintain consistent growth.Having previously worked across the industry as an Events Manager during my degree, I had great experience with customer service, labour deployment and meeting constimer needs. In October 2020, I joined Slims Chicken, Trafford as a member of crew (my first full time kitchen position). Using my ability to thrive in fast paced, pressured environments and with excellent dedication to seeing myself and my team improve, I quickly progressed through the company and in November 2021, became Deputy Manager. Here, working predominantly on the kitchen side of the business, I helped Slims Trafford become one of the most successful branches in the brand, achieving consistent WOW growth, whilst also hitting all brand standard targets, such as Labour costs, COGs/P+L improvements and exceptional customer reviews. In June 2022, I moved onto Deputy Manager at Burgerism Salford, where I have continued to use my work ethic, experience and knowledge to help the company grow beyond its trajected growth. My experience with COGs in particular has been a massive help to the brand, as I made and helped implement an Ordering Tool across the company, in order to improve accountability and control of stock management. Burgerism Salford has seen a 45% growth in sales during my time here, and review scores, audit levels and P+L measurements have significantly improved too.Additionally, a dedicated and ambitious masters graduate looking to begin and excel within the UK video games industry. With a strong foundation in games design and experience in creating polished playable experiences, I am looking for further experience in team based Games Design, with the hope of becoming a dependable member of a development team. An in-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of mechanics such as weapon customisation systems and role playing mechanics, makes me confident I could provide essential creative and problem solving skills.
