As one of the founders of Entity Solutions, I consider myself very fortunate to have entered into an industry during its infancy. Whilst we all worked incredibly hard to discern new opportunities and implement the strategies needed to capture them, there is no doubt that the growth of the contingent workforce was the catalyst for our success. Over 20 years ago, I started to comprehend the effects of the ‘New World of Work’ and what impact that would have on workplaces within Australia. The progression of technology and the subsequent shift in the way in which we work, brought with it a new need in the marketplace – in 1999 we started Entity Solutions, a provider of workforce solutions specialising in the engagement of the contingent workforce. We began small but with a big vision. I held firm to my core values of courage, confidence, communication and care, of which I have ingrained in every aspect of the business. These values, along with a willingness to be flexible and innovative in today’s competitive market, have seen us become a leader of the contingent workforce solutions. We now operate globally, with offices located across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and United Kingdom. To date we have proudly services more than 600 businesses including 5 of the top 10 ASX listed companies. Currently the Group Managing Director, I oversee the global operations of all of the Entity Solutions Group of Companies: Entity Solutions, Consultel Solutions, Entity Migration, Entity Business and Taxation and Entity Business Services. My goal is to continue to grow our business ventures globally as well as engage and develop key leaders to drive the Entity Solutions Group forward.
