As the Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Better Than Home, I oversee the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy and execution for a leading network of premier pet resorts nationwide. With 10+ years of experience in M&A and investment banking, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills in corporate finance, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations to my current role.I joined Better Than Home in June 2024, after serving as Chief Development Officer at Thrive Physical Therapy Partners, a leading network of physical therapy clinics across the US. Prior to Thrive, I had a successful career at Credit Suisse, where I rose from Associate to Director in the Investment Banking division, serving clients in global business, consumer and education services & technology markets. I led and closed multiple transactions across sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, debt and equity, and established strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
