I am an attorney with over 25 years of experience managing loan transactions for public and private corporations, on both the borrower and lender side. Mastering the intricacies of corporate lending has been the focus of my entire legal career. In recent years, I have supplemented my lending expertise with skills geared towards project finance, particularly in the sphere of renewable energy. I also have significant experience with accounts receivable factoring transactions. I help my clients by drafting and negotiating agreements, identifying and resolving issues, and managing the closing process. I place a premium on handling transactions efficiently but in a manner that protects my clients from risks.
