Process Optimization for NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability: Led a team to conduct discovery workshops and identify pain points in energy benchmarking process. Buy-Side IT Due Diligence (Multiple PE Firms): Conducted site visits and interviews with targets and reviewed documentation to develop roadmaps and cost-benefit estimates for projects post-close.
