I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Marketing. Throughout my time at Johnson and Wales University, I was a leader of the lacrosse team, earning All conference in 2019 while earning Deans list honors in 2019-2020. I spent my time studying, working, practicing and playing lacrosse all while assisting in various community service events and extra curricular activities. After graduating from Johnson and Wales University I began my professional career as an intern at Engel Burman. During my internship, I shadowed numerous employees from different department such as marketing, sales, property management and on-site construction. After being mentored in various departments I was offered a full time job in construction. I worked as a laborer for around 1 month and quickly worked my way up to a labor foreman and shortly after that a project engineer. My role as project engineer consisted of supervising a team of 8+ laborers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, project deadlines, quality standards all while working directly with management to assist in buy outs, leveling sheets and coordination with sub contractors. Shortly after in January of 2023, I was promoted to the Director of Customer Service at the Seasons at Dix Hills. My day to day role included managing a team of 5+ employees, scheduling walk throughs, coordinating repairs to be done by subcontractors and working directly with purchasers and managements to ensure customer satisfaction. As the work began to slow down at the 86 unit condominium project, I transitioned into an assistant site supervisor role at the Sutton Landing at Commack construction project. During my time in Commack, I worked directly with the site supervisor and project management team to ensure adherence to safety protocols, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines and budgets and ensuring quality control and workmanship was up to standard. In March of 2024 I was offered a position as a Leasing professional or Sales Representative at the Breeze Ocean front property in Long Beach. This was the same project I started as a Laborer, labor foreman and project engineer. It was truly amazing to see this project from start to finish and gain knowledge on all aspect of development. My daily role as a leasing professional consists of touring and assisting with the leasing and application process for new prospects, providing market analysis and competitive insights, Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests and providing excellent customer servic to tenants and prospects.
