Perform Flight Test Engineer and Systems Test Engineer duties when necessary. Externally recognised as focal point and lead on daily communications to wider industry. Manages customer relations and expectations, develops customer requirements for programme changes.

Flight Test planning and estimation of flight activity in order to meet development and qualification requirements. Flight Test Proposals authored – Prototype Development Phase and Engine Installation; (incremental phases for prototype configuration changes) included LHTEC CTS800 engine installation, engine control law and rotor governing, flight characteristics and control margins, performance, H-V envelope.Flight Characteristics; included controls and trim, flight characteristics and control margin, longitudinal and lateral-directional stability, dynamic stability, low speed handling.Performance; includes PECs, Hover / Climb / Level Flight performance, H-V envelope.Human Machine Interface and Crew Workload.; includes cockpit layout and controls, Field of View, lighting, egress and mission workload.A109 Series – Nexus, S, SP, Light Utility Helicopter I worked with systems specialists to define Aircraft Limitations, Normal Procedures and Emergency Procedures for the Rotorcraft Flight Manual and Supplements for additional role kits in accordance with CS 27. I produced Production and Customer Acceptance Test Procedures.

Design OfficeDetailed designs of aircraft components and configuration control.
