Provide portfolio support to Relationship Managers by handling the credit administrative aspects of their respective portfolios, allowing the Commercial Relationship Manger more time to focus on business development efforts and new client acquisition. Provide support and oversight in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program for Commercial and Small Business Units, including the documentation management process, regulatory implementation tracking, the corporate compliance regulatory monitoring program and issue tracking. Test results of audits and reviews of compliance programs to determine effectiveness and make recommendations for changes as necessary. Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure programs are appropriately modified. Assess current states of risk based on evaluations of compliance results and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
