CurrentResponsibilitiesManaged the transition of the racgp.org.au website to a new CMS from a troubled/chaotic state at the start of July 2018 to a successful live deployment in mid-October 2018.Managed the enterprise Wi-Fi project from vendor contract finalisation through the purchasing, design, build and testing phases to a successful production deployment in all capital city offices.Managed the establishment of a data warehouse and associated Tableau reporting.Managed an infrastructure upgrade program involving:- Vendor selection following an RFP issued to multiple parties.- Contract negotiations with Telstra and Byte IT.- A change of network provider from Bendigo Telco (BCT) to Telstra including creation of new Telstra MPLS.- Activation of Telstra CX2 cloud infrastructure to provide for future growth.- Migration from a physical firewall to a virtual Palo Alto firewall in the CX2 cloud.- Porting of Australia wide SIP numbers from BCT to Telstra.- Production data centre equipment relocation from TPG to Equinix.- Transition to managed services support provided by Byte IT for the new MPLS and CX2 platforms.Managed an infrastructure upgrade program comprising:- Implementation of new servers and storage in the RACGP data centre.- Upgrade of the Citrix server environment from version 6.5 to 7.9.- Establishment of a Windows 10 SOE and rollout of 350+ new desktops, laptops, and monitors to staff in all capital city offices.- Change management of the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
