As Operations Coordinator & Smart Home Specialist, my team and I offer EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Solutions for not only Commercial, Private Businesses or Municipalities, but Residential solutions as well. All while providing professional oversight and management for our projects big or small. Advisory and Consultation, Sales and or Sales Support, perform installations while overseeing essential other resources such as our subcontractors, performe site assessments, surveys and interfacing with our clients directly or remotely, while providing exceptional customer service to match their specific needs for EV charging, Smart home solutions or both.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide back end operations support for my location. My responsibilities included Cash Management, Processing returns and Trade-in-devices, Receiving daily shipments and transfers, maintaining the stores layout compliance per corporate operations, file facilities tickets and when needed, Assist management with running the floor and other responsibilities including running customer transactions, Sales, Device troubleshooting, Bill Payments, Customer Escalations, Audit and reconcile daily cash receipts.

This position was to provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting my Verizon Wireless location. As a member of the store team, I would strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals. I actively engaged with my customers to provide them with world-class customer service. Making sure that every customer I serviced felt appreciated and that I would stop at nothing to make sure they had a good experience and that all of their questions had been addressed and resolved before departing my location.

Striving to always meet and exceed quota/revenue target for net activation's, customer renewals, accessories, handsets and enhanced services. Demonstrate equipment functions and network capability. Perform rate package evaluations and propose solutions that best benefit the company and the customer. Actively engage customers, demonstrate products and effectively execute the sales function.Customer retention: Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Contact existing customers for contract renewals, and various data, accessory and handset up-sell opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns.Order Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, audit and reconcile daily cash receipts.

As a member of the store team, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Verizon Wireless store. This included greeting customers and assessing all their needs from the moment they walk in, through departure. Answering phones and responding to customers inquiries in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include service activation's, processing ESN (electronic serial number) changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquiries, equipment replacement and processing price plan changes and upgrades.Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of the store inventory.
