We went from wireframes to production in less than a year during a time of high growth at Zappos while moving the bar up in terms of sales conversion and customer happiness. Post-Amazon - Lead Program with Amazon and Zappos to integrate warehouse management systems and to ship an Amazon order from a Zappos warehouse within 6 months of Amazon acquiring Zappos.
