Senior Technical Program Manager
Pre-Amazon - Program Lead working with business and tech leadership to redesign and redevelop the Zappos shopping experience to achieve business goals like spinning up new vertical sites more easily (discount, luxury) and being able to hire tech talent more easily (difficult to find PERL eng to work on the legacy site). We went from wireframes to production in less than a year during a time of high growth at Zappos while moving the bar up in terms of sales conversion and customer happiness.
