Paramount Financial Technologies (PFT) is a data and analytics startup stemming from Paramount Partners that creates solutions for the banking and capital market sectors. We integrate market intelligence with internal bank metrics to identify commercial and consumer growth opportunities, helping banks make faster, better decisions.• Developing yearly, strategic marketing plans that leverage a variety of channels and adhere to our sales targets and growth initiatives.• Creating targeted marketing campaigns that effectively engages our target audience through relevant content and interaction with our brand. • Designing marketing collateral, client and investor presentations, web content, and conference materials in the Adobe Suite.• Generating interest in the company and its solutions, most notably with American Banker, Banker & Tradesman, MarketWatch, and Banking CIO Outlook.• Cultivating strategic partnerships between the company and State Banking Associations.• Maintaining the company's website: designing and building new pages when necessary, posting news and company updates, and updating existing content as our solutions improve and evolve.• Working closely with the President, COO, Chief Commercial Officer, and Analytics Director to make company-wide decisions related to new hires, company priorities and policies, anticipated territory expansion, onboarding, and the development of our solutions.• Hiring junior employees: most recently, our Design Assistant and GIS Specialist. In January 2019, Paramount Partners split its banking analytics division and created a new company, Paramount Financial Technologies (PFT).

Paramount Partners is the leading provider of advanced branch analytics, real estate advisory, and turn-key development services for financial institutions in New England.• Developed Paramount's 2018 Marketing Plan. Implemented creative marketing strategies to promote Paramount and communicate new products and product updates to prospective clients and leads.• Worked with our Product and Sales Teams to develop new product marketing collateral and fully redesigned our existing collateral (one-sheets, external product deliverables, infographics, listing flyers, and branded items).• Managed Paramount Partners' website in WordPress. Frequently updated our site with news, press releases, and new property listings. Implemented Google Analytics to track traffic and clicks, and created quarterly reports for our Director and Principal.• Personally managed Paramount's social media: LinkedIn and Twitter. Wrote posts, created campaigns, and updated our pages daily with new content and news. Grew our community of followers from 21 followers on LinkedIn to 106 and from 29 followers on Twitter to 110 (September to April).• Used Constant Contact to create email campaigns, schedule and send out e-blasts, and track clicks and opens.• Independently oversaw the hiring process of our new Design Assistant. Wrote the job description, posted listings across various websites, read through resumes, interviewed qualified applicants, and created a proposal and compensation package.

SessionM is a Loyalty Marketing Automation Platform. • Independently managed and grew SessionM's LinkedIn and Twitter communities (prepared and scheduled posts in Hubspot). • Maintained and updated its website daily via WordPress with new marketing collateral, news, and job listings. Compiled and analyzed weekly traffic reports. • Designed marketing materials (infographics, whitepapers, one-sheets) in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). • Managed an events budget, spoke with vendors within our target verticals, negotiated event contracts within the quarterly budget, and coordinated with the sales team to ensure highest ROI. • Wrote blog posts for our website and social media promotion. • Worked with the Marketing Manager to perform competitor research. • Miscellaneous office tasks (mailing, packaging, ordering swag).

With the support of account executives, I worked on Be Bold, Be Bald!, a nationwide cancer-fighting fundraising event held in October. I worked in various phases of the preparation process for the event, including but not limited to writing emails through MailChimp to send to participants in Be Bold, preparing "bald kits" of information and bald caps for the actual event, calling suppliers to order materials, and posting on the Be Bold, Be Bald! social media.Client: Be Bold, Be Bald!
