• Led an effort to win the State’s first Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association - one of only eight states to receive it at the time.
• Implemented a new enterprise-wide budgeting application and managed efforts to improve the State’s cash flow modeling and long-term forecasting capacity while introducing best practices to the various processes.
