• Manage testing, deployment and maintenance of all software delivered to the Digicel Jamaica VAS team for integration into the VAS portfolio (Liaise with database administrator and System Administrators to facilitate software environment for installation, integrate all application with Netcool monitoring system).• Ensure seamless integration of all applications with the Ericsson Charging System (AIR, EMA, HLR) and the RedKnee Platform (CRM, OCG).• Manage the troubleshooting and the formulation of resolutions of any issue relating to these application. Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. • Provide first-level administrative support to all VAS members for all applications when issues are escalated by our clients. • Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate external resources.• Perform routine maintenance on all systems, including backup and health checks. Correction of any faults that are encountered to prevent or mitigate service outage. Where faults are escalated, manage CSRs to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion (requires working relationship with vendors).• Make changes to the network for maintenance, repair, and expansion, upgrade or service setup. Ensure adherence to the business processes for Change Control.
