I’m a self-motivated individual having a diverse background enabling me to support where the business needs, having knowledge ranging from supply chain strategy, finance and production and its execution through to the systems which supports its function. This enables me to use my managerial, analytical, numerical and data manipulation skills to support myself, others around me and the business. Over the years I have developed my leadership and planning skills (both supply chain and IT projects) at all levels of the business which in turn has served me well in being an approachable individual cementing strong relationship in and out of work, personally being a strong believer in getting to know departments and functions first while taking the time to listen and getting involved. My skill set includes (Not limited to) mapping and test business processes, third party systems and processes, data collection and processing, identifying any areas of improvement, assisting with the development of business cases into delivered projects. To advise businesses on the optimum way to use skills, labour, materials, systems and data leading to maximum value for money operationally and commercially. I aim not to be an individual who blocks ideas, projects or challenges but rather a key player within a business whom promotes development of individuals, systems and processes to get the job done with “right first time” attitude while continually aiming to support the bigger picture of the business model.
