Manage and coordinate the annual capital budget process for the University, including the Undergraduate College, four Professional Schools, and all Academic, Administrative, and Auxiliary business units. Budget responsibility for all capital spending activities, averaging over $100 million annually. Partner with the Senior Director of Construction and Planning on project management of all active capital projects. Develop the University’s Five-Year Capital Plan and Long-range Capital Forecast. Oversee all capital financial reporting and presentation materials for Senior Administration and the Board of Trustees. Develop capital project resolutions for the Board of Trustees for all major capital projects. Provide export financial support during the capital project lifecycle, coordinating with multiple units across the University including Finance, Athletics, Facilities & Campus Services, Campus Life, and Residence Life. Lead all budget and capital project request training for University senior business managers. Maintain and improve on all University capital policies & procedures. Covid-19 response team member and Chair of the University Spend Review sub-committee, responsible for reviewing and approving all operating and capital expense requests greater than $10,000 over the past two years. Member of select University Committees including the Budget Committee, Finance Leadership Team, Learning Spaces Committee, University Space Allocation Committee, Safety and Security Committee, and Chair of the Fringe Benefits Committee for the Staff Advisory Council.

Managed the annual operations budget process for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, using existing market data, current and future economic trends, and past financial performance to create aggressive goals for each business unit, totaling over $240M in annual same store Revenue.
