As a Fleet Truck Driver, I assist the manager in outfitting and delivering trucks to various drop points, where they are shipped out to organizations and companies to be used by their employees. I'm in charge of ensuring the trucks are in proper condition, they have toolboxes and bed in-liners correctly installed and present, and communicating with representatives to ensure that the trucks are up to standard. I help track Vehicle Identification Numbers and ensure the proper trucks are being taken at the proper time. I work to help ensure that we are fostering positive relationships with these companies and that the product we deliver is quality and satisfactory.

I was in charge of anywhere from 15 to 40 people on a shift, and ensuring that leadership in different areas were delegated and each team member had an assigned position. I was responsible for answering phone calls, taking catering orders and making sure they were ready on time, and overall making sure the shift was running well. I handled all the money from various employees tills, including counting them down, putting them into the safe, and then creating shift reports to describe shift events and detail any discrepancies. I ultimately also worked to help create a work environment that was fun and enjoyable, yet also challenged employees to work hard and always ensure a quality product was given to customers.

As an intern, responsibilities varied weekly but covered a variety of learned duties. I was:- Responsible for creation of graphics for various student ministry projects and events- Management and control of all social media accounts representing LifePoint Student Ministry along with daily posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)- Weekly tallying of attendance at Elevate (youth service), keeping up attendance of members- Responsible for developing relationships with students within the ministry, including time outside of the office- Held accountable for knowledge of religious scripture- Leader of a small group weekly, which consists of leading discussions and sitting in a group of 5-15 guys- Basic proficiency in running a soundboard and monitoring audio output/feedback for a band in front of an audience
