Major focus on process safety leadership and continuous improvement within the technology categories.Key highlights in this position include:- Line management of 5 employees (technology and process safety specialists) and leadership and mentoring/coaching of engineering and technical support teams at 16 sites globally.- Process safety leadership to the explosives manufacturing business through the Explosives Expert Panel (secretary of the EEP). Contribute to defining and implementing the standard for manufacturing of explosives globally.- Working within integrated teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies for explosives manufacturing, consider macro- and micro-economic environments.- Lead the Explosives Technology Community of Practice, delivering technology and safety information, sharing improvement ideas and learnings from incidents, and celebrating success each month with over 200 participants.
