Created and led the virtual strategy discussions for initial formation of space innovation efforts in the USAF/USSF where I manage a bi-monthly call, internal communications, and report for senior leadership. Execution of international expansion such as the Allied Space Accelerator program (USA, NOR, NLD), International Space Pitch Day (SSC, UK dstl), Global Space Innovation Project (SSC, SpRCO, DIU), and I wrote the International Innovation MOU (iiMOU).

International armaments & security cooperation, authoring two major agreements (International Innovation MOU with 8 partner nations), and the "Western Skies" (Western Hemisphere) space R&D MOU with Canada and 4 Latin American partner nations. - Championed Allied Space Accelerator with NOR and NLD, International Space Pitch Day with UK (winning SSC annual team award), and created the Global Space Innovation Project (first ever to allow non-US tech companies a contract with the DOD) - Led first Space Force Foreign Military Sales case with Australia (lauded by Australian Min. of Defense, Hon Peter Dutton MP) - Created the Aerospace Corp. "Optical Communication Workshop," coordinating/hosting 250+ event from over 10 nations

Identified DOD-wide funding gap for engaging allied defense entrepreneurship, lauded by SAF/AQ in 2 public events. Established a network of 35 market leaders across 5 continents of foreign ministries, private equity, and venture capitalists. Research raised to OSD R&E level to sponsor new Legislative Proposal.

Lead User Engagement for Space Systems Command (SSC) Remote Sensing Directorate. • Global-market strategy and relations with the media, U.S. Congress, Defense Department, Intelligence Community, Civil Agencies, Academia, and International partners-- over 120 users and stakeholders worldwide. Lead author on all responses to US House and Senate Armed Services Committee inquiries. Co-Founder of Boulder TAP Lab• Requirements and Use Case development for ~$30 million portfolio of PaaS and SaaS capabilities for satellite data products (imagery, video). • Design and launched websites, designed and direct visual effects commercial for the TAP Lab. • Provide contract strategy, project execution, and financial management for 22 technology efforts that process and disseminate products to communities via desktop, tablet, and cellular platforms.• For Scitor (now SAIC), assist new business development efforts to expand capabilities--supporting teaming agreements for future efforts, proposal preparation, and new market sector investment strategies.

Joint communication liaison between Air Force to Army/Navy/USMC communications receiver terminals. Accountable for staffing, performance, and financial projection of team of 22• Managing team lead, responsible for new development, upgrade, and retrofitting support to operational systems. Accountable for staffing and financial reports/projection. Based on technology forecasting, I marketed capabilities to expand support staff by 50%, in just 3 months.• Market proposals, secure, and lead vulnerability assessments for IT systems. Oversee project and financial management. Established new assessment process, integrating current and projected threats with technology maturity to lower risk—now leveraged at Air Force space command &NASA.• Lead strategy analyst for future space weather satellite systems. Collaborating with defense services, civil agencies and International partners to evaluate interoperability, risk, and financial impact.• Branch Team Lead, accountable for IT project execution and financial management over an $11M portfolio of programs. Orchestrated new development contracts for 15 programs across 7 missions.• Authored 3 publications on cybersecurity impacts to SATCOM systems including market strategies for integrating commercial industry and foreign partners. Authored new policy on terminal certification and accreditation, later adopted as a standard for Air Force, Army, and Navy terminals.• Analyzed GPS enterprise impact to delinquent contract actions for system modifications. For the GPS program, I re-developed a custom database tool to track and monitor specification revisions.

• Provide written coverage (content & structural summary) on 2-3 scripts per week to include market evaluation of in-development and candidate scripts.• Create marketing solutions and preliminary casting packages presentation, to solicit studio investment on 2 feature productions.

Active Duty• Managed 22 contractors to certify and accredit Defense IT security architecture of the Global Broadcast System (GBS). Sponsored and oversaw development, integration, and test of new Cybersecurity solutions, in 3 worldwide locations.• Chair/approve engineering changes and new IT source connections. Streamlined source integration process to ease connectivity, supporting immediate operational needs and domestic emergencies.• Lead Assembly Integration & Test IPT. Oversaw technical performance and risk of spacecraft production and test of Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) system. Began factory-wide initiative to improve flight testing and decrease early-orbit failures.
