-Facilitate relationships with customers and banks in order to broker financing for the customers to finance the purchased equipment.-Procure all necessary documents from the equipment dealers and the customers to begin the lending process.-Serve as the point of communication between banks, dealers and customers throughout the entire financing process.-Communicate with customers through every step of the lending approval process.-Explain to customers the advantage of financing with Sandhills vs. financing through traditional banklending sources.-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to address their questions and concerns throughoutthe process.-Listen to the customers’ needs and assist them throughout the lending process, including assistancewith incomplete applications.-Showcase sales through adaptive negotiation, strategic prospecting, strong sales aptitude, leading to substantial growth.-Advance in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment, in which 20+ team members strive for the same revenue goals.-Streamline sales processes in the staffing and recruitment industry by meticulously organizing and maintaining accurate client records, managing client data effectively.-Engage with 55+ clients daily utilizing excellent communication skills to cultivate trusting relationships while effectively guiding them through each process.
