• Ensure Data Center operation success through network, server, and infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.• Serve as first point of contact for customers needing assistance or turning up new services. Install network gear, servers, and cabling to meet customer and company needs. Act as first line of defense for data center crisis including natural disasters, fires and power failures.• Worked with network engineers and other data tech teams to find, address, and correct flaws in server center monitoring programs• Established and maintained a personal tracking system to assure that all data was reviewed, consolidated, and comments could be submitted to higher management• Repaired network related issues consisting of resetting IP addresses, repairing network cables, running loopback tests, testing and replacing network optics, and repaired and replaced fiber cables

• Build, set-up and repair computers, install software, run diagnostics, remove viruses, run stress tests, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, perform data transfers and recovery• Worked in a team, constantly communicating with one another on work progress, while double-checking each other’s work to ensure satisfaction• Provided on-sire training and step-by-step guides for clients on how to use various software• Took advanced technical terms and explanations and brought them down to a level that the client could understand• Taught to quickly grasp new technical concepts on order to make them easily explainable to clients

Selling every kind of electronic, being knowledgeable about all products in various departments, understanding the company system and how to place orders, and focusing on the ability to give the customer exactly what they need on the first try.

As an intern i worked on various legal cases from family law, tort law, criminal law, and estate planning. I worked on discovery requests, drafting wills and trusts, writing court rulings, corresponding with other attorneys, and doing lots of legal research.

As a waiter, I learned how to deal with stressful situations and unhappy customers, and how to appease them and take a bad situation and turn it good. It offered a great range of emotions to learn to work with, by both the other employees and the customers. I learned how to serve and talk with customers who were very upset and make the situation better for both parties, and gained a lot of trust from people whom i served often. When working with various co-workers, I learned how to work with people in very stressful situations and how to help each other out to better the overall customer satisfaction.

Sbarro's was my first job, and it was a good introduction into the workforce, introducing me to the basics of working for a company. Here I learned the basic morals and codes of a large company, and how to preform to exceed expectations of the employers. It also helped with personal social skills with the customers. I also learned how to cook and be a cashier.
