Hired to build the product management team and consolidate its roadmap, backlog, product marketing and sales support functions. Still actively participate in briefings, but transitioned oversight of industry analysts to marketing department.* Define a repeatable, scalable process for responding to RFIs/RFPs, then transition to sales team to operate and maintain.I am the go-to-guy for new initiatives.
