Works closely with customers to design and produce a variety of customized printing products from the beginning of the process to the end result and handoff to the customer. These include, but are not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, signs, t-shirts, pens, promotional products, and more. Also in charge of estimating design and print jobs making sure that proper margins are added to costs, creating simple and complex invoices, and printing the projects themselves. Uses 5+ years of Design experience and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to accomplish daily design and print setup tasks. In charge of creating and ordering signage, ordering supplies for the print shop, and delegating various tasks to fellow team members.

In charge of ordering, stocking, rotating and facing Fred Meyer brand breads. Also in charge of greeting shoppers and making sure they were finding everything okay; answering any questions they may have. Ordered using the SPA; using prior sales trends and current AD prices to determine appropriate quantities. Rotated and faced product to create a more attractive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Worked to properly scan out and mark down bread to ensure a low shrink percentage. Lowered the shrink rate during time of employment from 8% to 3%. Organized bread crates into a small, allotted area to create a more efficient workflow for all employees.
