Sole HSSE Data Engineer for the $6.5 billion Pennsylvania Chemicals megaproject supporting project HSSE Leadership with promoting Project HSSE initiatives and campaigns for 7,000+ union workers and 1,000+ field non-manual (professionals).  - Research process improvements such as database functionality, web design and Power BI dashboard development.- Advance and implement proposed revisions and additions to the architecture of the departmental website.- Design layout, code and manage functionality of the SharePoint portal as well as manage accessibility to the site.- Develop, maintain and modify departmental intranet with the assistance of subject content managers. - Establish department-specific online assessments with area managers and report on the resulting data collected.- Provide project and corporate management with relevant safety dashboard information from incident and self-assessment data.- Coordinate and lead Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemical and Bechtel Corporate initiatives at project site.- Work collaboratively with Shell Safety Team to support project wide initiatives from client.- Coordinate on-site certified pilots weekly mapping flights, along with ad-hoc on-site requests for UAV flights, video and photography.- Converted multiple Qlikview and Excel reports to automated Power BI Online dashboards. - Designed, developed and automated ETL process of multiple resources, incident database of 5300+ records, and project assessment system of over 8,500,000 records.- Started the PBS (People-Bases Safety) program onsite, help conduct meetings, trained 30+ members, entered data and analyzed observations.
