Implementation and coordination of Contract Amendments for the $4bn AWD Program.Reporting and management of the Contract Amendment process, including a process improvement task under a Six Sigma framework.Management and refinement of the Alliance level reporting effort.Analysis of Alliance level program performance.Management of Alliance level issue.

Project Manager for the implementation of new software builds for the Data Management System on the AP-3C aircraft.Management of software development through all lifecycle phases including requirements analysis, design, coding and acceptance testing (with teams of 12 – 18 engineers).Deputy Program Manager for a team of 26 engineers.Working under ADF TAMM.

Worked as the Technical Lead for a small team analysing the performance of the Data Management System software and hardware. Responsibilities including CAM duties, liaising with the customer and supervision of a small team of engineers.

Senior Software Engineer working as a subcontractor on site at DSTO developing a Special Forces platform modelling application. Based on open source GIS and I designed and developed enhancements to the system and acted as prime point of contact with the customer and end-user.On the AP-3C Support Program I worked as a software systems engineer developing.

Senior Software Engineer working as a subcontractor to CSC on the prototype Ground Station for JP 129 Airbourne Surveilance System, on-site at DSTO.Senior Software Engineer on JORN developing the Network Management CSCI. Full scale distributed software engineering development enivronment. Working on-site at the JORN Coordination Centre, RAAF Edinburgh.
