• Support a development team of 25 for 3 unique applications as 508 Accessibility Lead, by independently selecting the appropriate test cases (approximately 30) to run, and coordinating 3-4 team members to complete them.
• Improved the application’s 508 accessibility score from near failure to 90+% from CMS.
• Due to my interest in utilizing tools to their highest capabilities, took responsibility as the Administrator for HP ALM for all 70 users of the CROWN Project. Created new users & fields, and automated repetitive.
• Created new HP ALM UFT scripts using existing Object Repositories and Function Libraries as well as creating new ones when needed.
• Coordinated multiple “Three Amigos” bug-squashing sessions where an Analyst, Developer and I would sit together in a room and go from webpage to webpage of the application finding bugs, verifying that the issues.
• Analyzed XML files used in the batch processing functionality of the application to resolve bugs in the feedback file. This functionality represented 90% of the patient data uploaded by the user community.

• Identified an opportunity to revitalize the use of a key-word based automation tool DBFit on the CROWNWeb project, which allowed for the testing of database information against requirements within the Fitnesse testing.
• As a proof of concept, used DBFit to reduce a 969 field ICD code mapping test from 60 minutes to 4 seconds.
• Once the success of this tool was seen by management, demoed its success with the Developer and Analyst groups; it was soon integrated into all sprinting teams and is still used today, saving countless hours of testing.
• Active participant in design meetings with Developers and Business Analysts in coming up with the best strategy for the implementation of new features by being able to understand development time vs. long term benefit.

• Used Boolean Strings to search the web for resumes that contained skills of interest for our clients. I was responsible for generating 50 new technical resumes a week.
