Salmon Falls Resort is owned by Caliber and operated by Highgate Hotels, in conjuction with its sister property The Ketch. As the General Manager, I supervised all aspects of operations comprised of 40 staff, encompassing front desk, drivers, housekeeping, marina, and restaurant staff.
