Worked under the supervision of Mr. Will Spalding, MSc., P.Eng., to research & develop a preliminary design for a passive refrigeration system (gamma) prototype for the cold chain industry. By referencing previous research conducted by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Victoria and the Applied Technology Program at Camosun College, I conducted research and analysis of various options and alternatives which made more efficient and economical use of the beta prototype's heat exchange unit and energy reservoir, formulated reports and recommendations and delivered a preliminary design for the gamma prototype.

Designed, manufactured, and tested a temperature-controlled shipping container for the food and pharmaceutical cold chain industry.
