My posts reflect my personal opinions only, not Dataminr.At IBM Research, I built Watson Visual Recognition from a Research asset into an IBM Cloud product at scale. People without machine learning expertise could create useful AI models, just by providing a few dozen examples. Under the hood, deep learning and a scalable set of workflows were used to manage the myriad models people created for themselves. Models deployed automatically in the IBM Cloud, and could also run locally on Apple iOS and Android devices.
