In 1989 co-founded the marketing business Interfocus with Sandy Scott and Omnicom. Grew it to become a uk top 10 agency with billings of $100 million along the way buying out Omnicom, becoming independent, selling a stake to Interpublic acquiring Brompton Advertising, Osprey and Grange Advertising then buying it back again before eventually selling it to Maxxcom in 2003. Worked with some really great people and great clients across Europe and globally. Left in 2003.In 2002 co-founded The Rights Business, with Karl Oliver. The business acquired, created and developed IP across a broad spectrum of markets as well as advised brand owners - particularly in the sports area. Subsequently merged into The LifeStyle business in 2006.In 2005 co-founded Kids Inc with Sheena Horgan which aims to advise, guide and develop strategies for brands and companies on how best to communicate and engage with kids and families. Sheena now runs this in Ireland.In 2007 founded Caspian and Partners, an investment and consultancy business with a broad portfolio from property, to media and marketing.In 2009 became Non Exec Chairman of Group Positive - Positive Thinking, Positive Digital, Positive Technology, leaving in 2012.In 2012 became Non Executive Director of Billington Cartmell Group , leaving in 2013.In 2012 co-founded Afinium Ltd . A fast growing, dynamic business which has its own proprietary software that optimises the marketing, distribution and selling of financial products.In 2015 became an Advisor and Investor to WAYN a social travel network, leaving in 2017.In 2015 became an Advisor and Investor in Codelitt Inc, a start up and incubator innovator based in Miami.In 2021 founder investor in Humanity (humanity.health) the app that provides insights and guidance on slowing and possibly reversing the ageing process.In 2021 co founded the Oxford Hormone Clinic (oxfordhormoneclinic.com), to provide holistic guidance and treatments for perimenopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women.In 2022 co founded Hidealoo (hidealoo.com), the foldaway toilet mechanism for small space bathrooms and awkward spaces.
