I have been a licensed Realtor at Nebraska Realty since 2005, helping my clients buy, sell and build homes. I have been involved with hundreds of transactions in that time frame and am a multi-million dollar producer. I am honest, straightforward, down-to-earth and fair, and service to my clients is second to none. As the Director of Education at Nebraska Realty, I handle all aspects of new agent training, mentoring and in-house continuing education for the largest independently owned real estate company in Nebraska. In addition to handling one-on-one training for new Realtors, I teach several classes per month, as well as designing and oversight of curriculum for our brokerage. I also ensure compliance with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, and log reporting for continuing education for our brokerage of 1000 agents. Nebraska Realty provides over 100 training classes for their REALTORS on an annual basis, at no cost to the agent.

Greater Omaha Area

As the Director of Agent Academy, I work with and train all of our new Realtors and some of our recent transfers to ensure that they are comfortable with all aspects of representing clients that are buying, selling and building homes. Nebraska Realty's exclusive Agent Academy is unique in its approach to training agents, and offers a much more personalized approach to learning the real estate business. In addition, I continue to aid in our growing recruiting department with bringing in new and existing Realtors to the Omaha and Lincoln markets.

For 16 years I worked for the Haneys and Sorensons at Haney Shoes. It was my first job and they allowed me to work there throughout my high school, college, and graduate school years, and beyond that as well. I handled everything from everyday retail sales and professional fitting of footwear, to inventory management, to running satellite store locations from time to time.
