Thomson Reuters offers a number of award winning SaaS products to help the legal community practice law, and manage and market their firms. I led nine field Account Executives to above average results in new business sales, customer satisfaction, and retention for Thomson Reuters' Small Law Channel.

I was responsible for eight Sales Representatives for new business sales and customer satisfaction for payroll, HR, retirement, and insurance products. By training and coaching sales reps on prospecting, sales skills, and time/territory management, I consistently exceeded countrywide YoY sales results, and promoted multiple representatives during my tenure.

As a Registered Representative, my primary focus was to work with individuals on their retirement goals. I would review their retirement plan and offer solutions based on their goals. I quickly became a top producer by working with my clients, rather than selling them, until I was ultimately recruited to join Paychex.

I started at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Sales Representative offering personal insurance and financial products to individuals. I became a Sales Manager in two short years and ultimately worked my way up to Regional Director of Sales Operations where I managed Sales Managers in CT & VT.

Starting as a dispatcher at Bradley Airport, I worked my way up the Hertz ladder as a Station Manager in Manchester, NH, then a Senior Station Manager at Logan airport, until I helped start Hertz Local Edition in the Boston suburban market. My last position had me overseeing 20 locations in MA, NH, and RI.
