I am currently a Graduate Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald in the Water Consultancy Division, specifically in the water treatment team. Here, I have been contributing towards delivery of projects to valued water companies and look forward to continued project involvement into AMP8.Previous to my position at Mott MacDonald, I worked at Galliford Try as a Graduate Engineer in the Environment division. During this position, I worked on a handful of wastewater treatment sites, helping to deliver projects for Southern Water. Throughout this position, I gained extremely valuable experience of construction sites which included exposure to construction methods, Health and Safety, Surveying and working collaboratively.I also completed a placement year during university with 48.3 Scaffold Design as a Undergraduate Design Engineer. Here I completed design drawings using AutoCAD, design calculations, and risk assessments. This developed my problem solving, communication and collaborative working skills massively.
