Current• Launched and manage multiple new Marketing Services products earning over $20,000,000 since 2022• Successfully sunset an acquired product and migrated the existing customer base retaining 75% ARR and reducing engineering costs by over $600,000 • Built an in-house digital ad management solution which enabled us to cancel a 3rd party vendor saving $1,200,000 per year• Own the roadmap for two product teams, taking in requests and requirements from stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, SLT, legal, finance, and other product teams• Built and manage an authorization middleware that enables secure and limited delegation into customer tools• Built and manage an event-based workflow platform using AWS step functions that has enabled 6 engineering teams to build more efficient workflows into a myriad of products and features• Conduct the scrum ceremonies including: sprint planning, retrospectives, ticket grooming, and planning sessions• Evangelize and spread the adoption of collaborative practices in a fully remote work environment aimed at improving team collaboration, accelerating development, leveling up skills, sharing knowledge, and facilitating a culture of trust, excitement, and motivation• Ran customer advisory boards to gain direct insights from real customers on the efficacy, benefits, and shortcomings across owned products and features, which inform roadmap and design improvements• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline bug identification and new feature request intake processes
