Matt was responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in support of Onex’ global talent strategy. This included developing effective strategies around: high-quality candidate sourcing, innovative talent pipelining, candidate management and assessment methodologies, diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives, and employer brand management. In addition, Matt was responsible for supporting all firmwide initiatives related to Talent Management and led the firm's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.
