Manage the maintenance department to ensure both preventative and reactive maintenance is completed to the required standard.3. Project manage concrete pours, construction of new buildings within the manufacturing facility and any other upgrades to electrical or general infrastructure within the factory.4. Project manage machinery upgrades both electrically, mechanically and the integration of Rockwell Automation hardware including Allen Bradley PLC equipment and software.5. Project manage proprietary software developments including scope of works to ensure the development includes all required functionality.6. Ensure that all operations within the factory are undertaken whilst adhering to WH&S policies.7. Manage both inbound and outbound logistics.8. I also handle the administration of our IT network and repair of machinery using servo / controller cards with limited experience in PLC's.
