A couple of years ago, I voluntarily stepped down from the management team at MMI to a System Admin position. There were a handful of reasons for the move and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I am getting my hands dirty again with flipping bits and setting the tone for how technical support is done. The awesome culture at MMI allows me to work from home in Boerne most of the time. I make a pilgrimage to the HQ building in Sugar Land every 4 - 6 weeks and get some much needed face time with the fine folks there. My passion lies with user support and providing highly available and high-performing virtual desktops. My favorite technology is PowerShell. I love writing one liners and scripts that help to curb the proliferation of (too many) third party products. 20 years in and still going strong. I truly hope I can continue to help MMI and the fantastic people there accomplish the noble mission of Changing How America Overcomes Financial Challenges for many years to come.
