I am currently an Instructor for the Uniformed Division Diplomatic Security Officer's Basic School. I was promoted from being a Diplomatic Security Officer to this Instructor position. I am also an instructor for multiple other contracts held by our parent company Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. I currently hold a Top Secret Security Clearance. I am responsible for teaching the protection of Dignitaries of the U.S. Department of State. We teach the DS Officers how to conduct access control and physical security. I am also a VA licensed general instructor and firearms instructor. Sniper Section Sergeant

As a United States Army Sniper Section Sergeant, I am responsible for a twelve man Sniper Section. I provide the soldiers under my charge with instruction, counsel, and training. I briefed, trained, directed, supervised, promoted, demoted, and delegated responsibilities to soldiers within my chain of command. My soldiers are broken down into sniper teams including the team I take into combat operations. For my Unit I have held multiple training and teaching classes, for all levels of soldiers from the basic soldier up the ranks to flag officers. This training covers everything from basic shooting skills to advanced close quarters combat and advanced training on all weapons systems. My courses have had 100% qualification and success rates on all weapons systems and field training. During deployments I have been in charge of 1.8 million dollars of US Government equipment, which includes Sniper Rifles, Combat vehicles, Radios, weapons, computers, ammo, and other such equipment. While deployed I have used my skills to keep my soldiers alive and accomplish any mission that my Battalion Commander or higher has given me. I have been instilled with many skills as a US Army Sniper and Ranger, some examples of these skills are: the ability to be a force multiplier; small unit infiltration; airborne operations; fast rope and special purpose methods of insertion and extraction; reporting procedures; high frequency radio communications; acquiring a target; discrimination of vehicles, weapons, and equipment identification features; small unit exfiltration; enhance team battle drills; urban reconnaissance; tactical survival; evasion and recovery; detailed mission planning. These skills have made me an adaptive, competent and well rounder leader. I have the ability to make difficult decisions in stressful situations while working efficiently and effectively under pressure. I can troubleshoot any problem, be extremely productive with no supervision.

Army Team Leader And Senior Sniper

While deployed I would do Reconnaissance and Surveillance patrols along with Sniper missions. I have also performed duties at the Entry Control Point (ECP) and as Sergeant of the Guard (SOG). When performing duties as the Non- Commissioned Officer In-Charge (NCOIC) of the ECP, I have direct responsible for the safeguard of over 17.3 million dollars worth of ammunition and equipment used for security for the entire Forward Operating Base (FOB). I am trained in crowd dispersion tactics, bomb threat response, searching of civilians and counter surveillance operations. During duties as the SOG’s I provided command and control for all Security Guard Positions on the FOB and the soldiers that manned the guard towers. While deployed as a leader I have used these skills to keep my soldiers alive and accomplish any mission. I conducted high level apprehension missions on suspected terrorists. I assisted on operations to capture and seize persons of interest. Once these missions have been executed I transported and provided security for these prisoners of war. I was responsible for identifying, collecting and the safeguarding of evidence that was found or processed and turned over to the Federal Agency in charge of the Investigation. Once prisoners had been transported to the appropriate base or lock up facility, my team would provide protection and security while these prisoners were interrogated.
