As Chief Financial Officer of Versova, I leverage my 20 years of experience in corporate finance, and deep expertise in financial planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity financing, risk management and team leadership & development, as a member of our executive team. I oversee our administrative departments, managing our accounting, finance, legal, information technology, procurement, payroll and human resources team members. As a hands-on, results-oriented executive, I strive to build and motivate high-performance teams at Versova that value the important and hard work Versova does as much as I do. I am highly analytical and use my problem-solving capabilities to support our sales and operations teams through challenges and toward success. My family has been involved in egg production for six decades, and I am proud Versova is today one of the country’s leading food companies, producing nutritious, high-protein eggs and egg products. It is an honor to also use my expertise on behalf of our industry in my role as Chairman of the Government Relations Committee for United Egg Producers, a farmer cooperative representing more than 90% of the nation’s egg producers.
