• Responsible for testing all 9 credit card processor integrations while receiving minimal training, which required extensive knowledge of both the Club software and the 3rd party software• Created and executed test cases capable of measuring software quality for modules such as General Ledger, Club Inventory, Accounts Payable, and Point of Sale• Documented and reported deficiencies to management and software developers• Evaluated the quality of the software product and recommended changes/improvements using cost-benefit analysis• Recorded notes while being trained that both QA and Club Support personnel used as a reference for learning and teaching purposes
