Final year at RMS and I had ownership for managing the P & L for RMS core business of modelling catastrophic risk for pricing, portfolio management and risk transfer into insurance and capital markets. We started developing opportunities into adjacent markets and new areas of risk analytics including cyber, pandemic, and terrorism. P & L responsibility.

Growing the RMS business from an office in London to a company that built the best models for assessing hurricane, earthquake, flood and much more. On the executive team for last 8 years reporting directly to CEO with responsibility for global sales, corporate marketing, product marketing for core modelling business, emerging risk solutions and capital markets. Annual revenue grew 15 times to $300m during my employment at RMS.

Opened up the London office I started up a new business for EQE developing and selling the first UK, Continental Europe, Caribbean and Japan Catastrophe models to the European and Bermuda insurance market - three years later we'd generating over $3m.
