Served as a combination account manager and national advisor, overseeing 33 chapters across the Northeast and Midwest/Central United States. Was responsible for encouraging proper documentation submissions, member reporting, and meeting deadlines, as well as assisting chapters in internal operations, goal-setting, academics, risk management, recruitment, and leadership in addition to other fraternity and academic areas.
