Successful roll out to all global trading platforms with minimal inbound client calls requiring support with the new features. - Launch of a universal multi asset trade ticket to consolidate trade and order placement from 14 trade tickets into 1. Asset classes include FX, FX Options (vanilla and binary), CFDs (Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Bonds, ETFs), Stocks, Futures, Contract Options, and ETFs.- Addition of Algorithmic Orders and US Pre-market Limit order to the trade ticket, giving Retail clients access to Institutional execution (Iceberg, VWAP, Reload, Implementation Shortfall, With Volume, Smart Dark).- Development and launch of a (hardware) Trading Keypad to facilitate fast Trade entry.- Working with senior management to make platform usage tracking a high priority requirement and driving the specifications for these analytics tools.- Strong contacts in global offices and regular travel to present feature roadmaps to the teams at these offices.- Presentation of Saxo Bank platforms at seminars for global Private Sales teams and White Label clients.- Lab based usability testing of new platform features in development, and the incorporation of this user feedback into feature enhancement before commercial release. -
