I consulted with partner organizations seeking guidance on FWi best practices and organizational makeup.Based in Denver CO USA, as Content Store team lead, I encouraged use of the Content Store tool both internally and with clients by leveraging communication, product and process improvement skills. As a Solutions (Signage) Architect, I interfaced with clients to create unique solutions in FWi proprietary software. Was certified to give trainings. Interacted on a daily basis with internal and external project teams.

Helped organize the first ever Tri National Pandemic Influenza Conference at USNORTHCOM. I corresponded with the Canadian and Mexican Embassies, and developed skills in government funding, event hosting and coordination (logistics, reservations for guests, etc.), written and verbal correspondence, international etiquette and diplomacy. Collaborated with SAIC Consultants, Military Personnel, and other highly capable members of the NORTHCOM Surgeon General's Staff to achieve a great outcome.
