Prior to joining Halstead, Matthew worked at the sports marketing agency NSM, working on the PGA Tour as well as the Big East Conference on experiential marketing and sponsorship opportunities. This experience helped him in his architecture of the strategic exclusive partnerships during his career between Halstead and the NY Yankees. Matthew was also one of the only Chief Marketing Officer of two brands from 2014-2019 overseeing both Halstead and Brown Harris Stevens and leading the simultaneous rebranding efforts of both companies in 2018. Matthew also regularly appears as a panelist and speaker at Inman Connect as well as NAR, Leading RE, & Luxury Portfolio Conferences speaking on concepts that will shape the future of real estate industry. He also serves and teaches at the REBNY's continued education course series. Matthew was also recently named to the WSJ CMO Network. He recently served two terms on the Technology Advisory Council for Leading RE, regularly guiding the global network on a variety of technology initiatives as well as the Inman News Content Advisory Board.
