About Matthew Berry
During my career I have gathered both academic and professional experiences to develop myself as a "cross-sector leader". My work in not-for-profits, post-secondary institutions, business, and government has provided a set of transferable skills and contextual intelligence that allows me to work confidently in multiple contexts. I have built a strong track record of collaboratively leading rapidly scaling teams and organizations and consistently finding new ways to create value in a wide range of contexts. To do so, I try to walk the talk through personal reflection and growth, advancing workplace culture change, and embracing new ways of working. On my wall: "If your heart's full of hope, you can be persistent when you can't be optimistic. You can keep the faith despite the evidence, knowing that only in so doing, has the evidence any chance of changing." - Bill Coffin
