Current-I lead this not-for-profit business based in central Bristol.-The business aims to encourage employment and new opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and increase employment in the areas we operate.-Manage and maintain almost 50,000 sq ft of commercial space with mixed uses: office, industrial, co-working, meeting rooms and creative workshops.-Responsible for the people management, P&L, full-year accounts, strategic goal setting, operational management, planned maintenance, project management and commercial objectives of the business.-We have almost doubled the number of locations a mix of freehold, leasehold and managed properties.Looking for new sites to expand and fulfil our remit of providing affordable workspaces in Bristol and SW.-We aim to provide business support and networking opportunities for our customers.
