I am an Audience Engagement Specialist at the Business Post. In this role, I help to make posts on the website look more inviting and engaging to readers, by including in-line linking, referrals to past work from our incredible team of journalists and analysts, and ensuring that articles are written in a friendly, concise and understandable way.
